Written and directed by awarded film-maker Rami Mekdachi, the movie brings on stage twenty-three testimonials from founders and managers aimed at showing what the role of a Talent Agent is in a world where power has shifted to talents, making it increasingly difficult for companies to access, nurture and retain them.
